Founder's Story
Elrafih Learning and Wellness was founded by Mohamed el-rafih, a Registered Provisional Psychologist and PhD Candidate in Educational Psychology. With over eight years of clinical psychology experience, Mohamed el-rafih brings a deep understanding of human behavior and mental health to the world of education. This is uniquely complemented by a robust background as a co-founder and technologist in HealthTech and FinTech, where he led product innovation for impactful digital platforms like Ndax.io (400K+ users) and founded heartline.app. This unique perspective is the driving force behind Elrafih Learning and Wellness and our mission to elevate academic performance by nurturing psychological well-being. Over the years, Mohamed el-rafih has collaborated with diverse educational institutions, NGOs, and governmental bodies, shaping initiatives that bridge the gap between mental health and academic achievement.
Our Leadership
Elrafih Learning and Wellness is led by a unique partnership of two accomplished professionals: Mohamed el-rafih and Jamal Elrafih. This collaboration is further strengthened by the contributions of Ousama Kadri, a seasoned teacher and leader. Together, they bring a balance of academic expertise, leadership experience, and on-the-ground teaching knowledge, enabling them to address challenges from multiple perspectives.
Jamal's Role and Expertise
Jamal Elrafih is a highly accomplished principal and superintendent with a Masters in Educational Leadership. His extensive experience includes working in various schools in Calgary and with the Ministry of Education in Alberta. His international recognition is a testament to his expertise; he led a cohort of 80 principals from Lebanon in a study program to implement his successful practices back in their home country. Jamal's leadership style emphasizes empowerment, innovation, and adaptability, ensuring that schools remain resilient and future-ready in an ever-changing educational landscape.
